Job Description

• Preparation of all dishes from our à la carte and half-board offerings
• Quality control of the products to be processed
• Cleaning and maintenance of work utensils and personal area of responsibility
• Co-responsibility for the smooth kitchen and service operation
• Preparation work (mise en place) in the assigned work area
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations

Qualifications

• Training as a cook or ideally proven professional experience
• Advanced knowledge in handling and processing high-quality food
• Enjoyment of demanding and creative work
• High service awareness and strong customer orientation
• High commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
