About the job
What you can achieve
- First point of contact for our patients at reception including telephone service
- Organization of the medical consultation hours as well as calling up our patients including appointment scheduling
- Interdisciplinary contact person for administrative and medical inquiries
- Laboratory activities such as venous blood sampling, injections, and wound care
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Ability to confidently and successfully contribute in multiprofessional teams
- High service orientation towards our patients as well as our internal and external referrers
- Very good IT user skills and an affinity for technology
- Oral French skills are an advantage
