What to expect:
You professionally control production and work closely with all involved departments, always observing safety, quality, and environmental standards.
You collaborate constructively with maintenance, production, quality management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
You actively support during shutdowns, maintenance, and revisions.
You ensure a clean shift handover by reliably passing on information about events and disruptions.
You contribute to making production operations efficient and cost-conscious and achieving the required volumes in the desired quality.
What you bring:
You have successfully completed a technical or manual vocational training.
You have strong PC skills and good technical understanding.
Excellent communication skills are one of your valuable strengths.
You find solutions to problems, enjoy working in a team, and bring in new ideas.
You are physically fit and ready for shift work.
