Activation Specialist (m/f) 60%
Your Tasks
- You design everyday life, the activation program as well as the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities
- You support and accompany our residents
- You work with external partners
- You collaborate interdisciplinarily with all departments in the house
What You Bring
- Further training as an activation and everyday life design specialist
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
- Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural for you
- You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
