The Foundation la Pouponnière and l’Abri aims to work in favor of children, particularly young children and their families, notably by welcoming them in its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency reception boarding schools, the Educational Reception for mothers and children (AEME), the Unit for meeting space services (UPER).
In order to complete our team at CVE Beaumont I, in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Child Educator at 60%-80%
Nursery Group
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality supervision for young children welcomed, aged 4 to 18 months, guaranteeing their well-being and safety
- Participate in the development of the educational project and ensure its implementation
- Collaborate with families and external services
Desired profile
- Training as an educator ES / HES
- Experience in caring for a group of children
- Ability to develop reflective action on one’s activity and to assume one’s role in an engaged and autonomous manner
- Aptitude to adapt to family, cultural, and social realities
