Main Responsible Person for RAI LTCF Performance Recording (m/f) 80% Workload
Your tasks and perspectives
- You bear overall responsibility for RAI performance recording throughout the entire facility
- You ensure correct, complete, and timely data recording
- You lead and coordinate projects in the area of nursing quality and RAI development (e.g., process optimizations, digital adjustments)
- You coach and train employees in the application of RAI
- From 2026, you will work closely with the nursing management, quality management, residential area management, and administration
- You prepare key figures and evaluations for the management
- You work as part of the nursing specialist support team
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional FH or equivalent qualification (at least bachelor level)
- Several years of experience in long-term care or experience in the field of geriatric palliative care or the conscious willingness to actively acquire this specialty
- Solid knowledge in RAI - LTCF
- Project management experience and organizational talent
- Enjoyment in training and supporting employees
- Very good IT user skills (nursing documentation, MS Office)
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and process-oriented thinking as well as high social competence
