Tasks/Responsibilities
What you will achieve:
- (Further) development of the vision of the rolling mill
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of employees as well as planning and management of the departments
- Strategic further development of the departments including processes, equipment, and employees
- Ensuring occupational safety based on risk assessments including mandatory use of PPE
- Implementation of process optimizations including continuous improvement process (CIP), projects, and investments
- Enforcement of the requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as ISO 45001
Competencies
You inspire us:
- Diploma engineer in forming technology or equivalent
- Business management knowledge
- Skill in calculating shift schedules as well as calibration
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly of fittings and rolling mill stands
- Knowledge in machining (turning and milling)
- Ability to read and create technical drawings
- At least 10 years in a forming company & 5 years of leadership responsibility in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of CAD software
