What you will do for us:
- You analyze professional, regulatory, and technological trends, derive adjustments, and implement them in collaboration with the specialist departments
- You develop and optimize IT tools, processes, and documentation
- You identify and evaluate use cases for further automation and transformation of the business model (Data Analytics, AI)
- You accompany strategic initiatives and digitization projects
- You act as an interface between IT, software service providers, and the specialist departments
Who you are:
- You have a bachelor's degree in business informatics or comparable, solid experience in the (life) insurance or financial industry (> 5 years), as well as in-depth IT and process knowledge
- You are experienced in implementing complex, cross-departmental projects and ideally have project management training (agile and/or conventional)
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and possess pronounced methodological competence, combined with a pragmatic and results-oriented working style
- You have a pronounced understanding and interest in innovative technologies, software solutions, and data management
- You are characterized by high resilience and flexibility
- You live a high degree of personal responsibility and are a team player
- You communicate and work openly, professionally, and service-oriented
