• Support in room allocation and close cooperation with the team in daily room planning
• Welcoming and checking in guests
• Support in obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
• Accompanying guests to their rooms and providing service-oriented care during their stay
• Assisting with check-out processes and guest farewells
• Receiving guest requests and complaints and forwarding them to the responsible colleagues
• Preparing invoices for departing guests in coordination with the team
• Supporting the Front Office team with organizational tasks — no independent shift management

• Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a well-groomed look
• High degree of initiative and motivation and a convincing and winning demeanor
• Very high service and guest orientation
• Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera and good MS Office skills
• Very good German and good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
