The Unemployment Fund department of the Canton of Lucerne is responsible for the implementation of the tasks assigned by the Federal Act on Mandatory Unemployment Insurance and Insolvency Compensation (AVIG). Your tasks
Your skills
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education and bring several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of social or private insurance.
- You have further training in social insurance or are interested in completing such further training.
- You have good analytical skills, work precisely, independently, and according to legal requirements.
- You have a high service orientation and determined assertiveness in representing decisions.
- You are resilient, a team player, able to handle conflicts, and treat affected persons with tolerance, respect, and appreciation.
