Technical Building Specialist 100%

For our customer, we are looking for a committed all-rounder in building technology who, with technical know-how and great reliability, ensures the smooth operation and proper maintenance of the property.
Your main tasks:
- Operating and monitoring building services systems
- Repairs in the electrical area
- Organizing and carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Conducting building inspections and quality controls including reporting
- Processing customer orders in the technical and infrastructural area
- Coordinating and supervising third-party companies
- On-call duty
Your profile:
- Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Good PC skills and affinity for handling various specific tools
- Driver's license category B
- Independent, precise and well-organized working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
