What are your tasks?

As a trainee, you are involved from day one: You take on responsibility, gain international experience, and are accompanied by mentors from top management.

In two years, you will go through four stations that specifically prepare you for your future international leadership role:

1️⃣ Experience sales live: 12 months in field service

2️⃣ Local operational project: 3 months in your sales region

3️⃣ Strategic project: 6 months in Kaufering

4️⃣ International project: 3 months in Europe, Asia, or overseas

In doing so, you work closely with senior management, expand your global network, and develop new perspectives for your career.

What you bring:

Excellent master’s degree ideally with a business or engineering focus from a renowned university

At least 6 months abroad (study or internships)

First professional experience in a professional environment

Fluent communication in German and English and ideally another language

Team orientation, leadership ambition, and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license
