Your Tasks
- Activation therapy with patients in a psychiatric acute ward with various disorders
- Co-designing the daily life of patients through creative relationship work
- Leading milieu therapeutic groups
- Close collaboration within the treatment team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified activation specialist HF or career changer with basic training (FaGe/FaBe or comparable) and solid experience in a psychiatric setting
- Preferably professional experience in the field of psychiatry
- High flexibility and patience, high resilience
- Wide variety of methods
- Ability to perceive situations accurately and transform them into activation
- Team player
