Logistics Specialist (m/f)

The logistics specialist is jointly responsible for the operational implementation of logistics processes from goods receipt through order picking to goods dispatch. Together with the team, he/she helps to meet customer requirements in terms of content and deadlines. The Logistics Specialist EFZ has a deep understanding of the processes in logistics and understands their representation in our ERP system (Navision 2018). He/she supports the logistics manager in the KVP process regarding operational workflows and their representation in the ERP system in collaboration with our IT department.

• Goods receipt: Quantitative and qualitative goods inspection, booking in the ERP system
• Intra-logistics storage and relocation
• Goods dispatch: Consolidating goods from different zones, packaging, preparing for shipment, electronic data transmission, booking, creating shipping documents
• Processing of goods returns
• Operating floor conveyor vehicles
• Extended tasks:
  - Master data maintenance
  - Creation and maintenance of process documentation
  - Creation of production orders for packaging
  - Willingness to take on process responsibility

You bring the following:

• You have completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• At least 3 years of successful practice in a similar role is essential, preferably in wholesale
• Further training is welcome but not mandatory
• You have very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Navision, etc.)
• Experience in intra-logistics is a prerequisite
• You possess a forklift certification recognized by SUVA
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. B2)
• English skills are an advantage
