For our client, we are looking for a responsible and empathetic certified nurse HF - Acute Geriatrics 60-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Comprehensive care of acutely ill elderly patients
• Promotion of independence until discharge
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and therapists
• Application and further development of your expertise in acute geriatrics and palliative care
• Support of trainees and students in everyday nursing

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Experience in acute care, geriatrics, or long-term care is an advantage
• Empathetic, resilient, and communicative personality
• Good expertise in care planning and documentation
• Independent and responsible working style
