As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a collaborator for our Customer Service. This key position contributes to the smooth daily operation of our commercial activities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Internal Collaborator in Customer Service
Main tasks
- Ensure visitor reception and direct them to the appropriate contacts; manage telephone calls to the switchboard and handle emails from the general inbox
- Administrative management of orders: Enter and monitor customer orders in coordination with production and technical teams
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their effective processing
- Update and maintain databases
- Collaborate with the billing department in managing debtors
- Actively participate in team life, work sessions, and provide support on general and specific tasks as needed
- Manage our Regent Lighting Center showroom
Your profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or technical CFC (electrician or equivalent)
- You have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English and/or German
- Comfortable with common IT tools, ideally you have already worked with an ERP
- You have a good sense of numbers and rigor in administrative follow-up, billing, or debtor management
- You are pragmatic, organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
- You demonstrate excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and a good team spirit
