Tasks
Your apprenticeship
We offer an interesting training in both cold and hot kitchens including insight into pastry. You will plan and prepare the daily routine according to the menu, check the quality and quantity of the delivered products, process the food, and prepare the planned hot and cold dishes according to the learned work techniques and decorate the dishes attractively.

Your profile
- Completed compulsory schooling with good grades
- Good math skills
- Enjoy working with food and cooking in a large kitchen
- Ability to coordinate workflows and resilience even in hectic situations
- Strong sense of hygiene and orderliness
- Good sense of smell and taste
- Guest- and team-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to work irregular hours (including weekends)
- Enjoy contact with other people
- You are interested, motivated, and responsible
- You are open, friendly, communicative, and reliable
- You have good manners
