About the job

• you manage and control orders for our newspaper ads and inserts in coordination with internal and external parties
• you record orders in the insert tool and additionally work with Salesforce and AdFlow
• you always keep an overview and ensure that all orders are fully and timely available to production
• you ensure order quality, monitor interfaces to production, and initiate appropriate measures if necessary
• you actively contribute to the further development and documentation of our processes and systems

• you have strong communication skills and maintain a professional approach with internal and external contacts
• you bring a reliable, proactive, goal- and solution-oriented working style
• independent, precise work even in hectic and time-critical situations as well as teamwork are natural to you
• you are IT-savvy and use digital tools confidently and efficiently
• you think analytically and networked, quickly recognize complex relationships, and derive appropriate solutions from them
• you have completed a commercial or technical education with commercial further training and have several years of professional experience
