WHO WE ARE
Freiruum is part of the Pointbreak Group. The Pointbreak Group is a collaboration of three agencies, six companies, dozens of specialists, and a large partner network. The Pointbreak Group specializes in creating unforgettable moments, where a unique
experience is created for guests in connection with a place or a brand.
In the former shed hall, production and new technologies were created until 2018. With the project
"Freiruum", a space for enjoyment, movement, and
experiences was created in August 2019 on now 11,500m2.
At the center is the market hall, which offers a great culinary variety, a roastery, a large bar offering, workshop opportunities, and much more. The associated sports hall for young and old offers a breathtaking trampoline park, right in the middle is the flexible event hall: For corporate
events, general meetings, gala dinners, flying food, conferences, seminars, or private events.
We are just as open in the public area: exhibitions, fairs, markets, performances, and concerts. The
visitors should experience something new, enjoy the time, and briefly forget everyday life. We employ around 80 part-time and full-time employees.

To expand our gastronomy team, we are looking for "Shift Leader Bar". You are not afraid to get involved, you enjoy being at the front during small and large events, you know the smooth operation at the front and in the background, you contribute with advice and action, and you are a team player. You are flexible and used to changing working hours, have experience in a similar position, are happy to bring in your learned knowledge, and want to provide the best possible service to guests with your team. YOUR TASKS
Active and attentive guest care
Leadership, coordination, and briefing of the front team
Ensuring the smooth operation of the daily and evening program
Daily closing
Assisting with quality assurance (hygiene, occupational safety, implementation of operational guidelines)
Coordination and setup/takedown of various events
Assisting at the bar, preparing various drinks
Deployments / lead at events
Assisting with inventory control
Controlling personnel needs
Training of staff
YOUR PROFILE
Extroverted, friendly, and courteous personality
Customer-oriented action
Organizational talent
Independent, flexible, and reliable person
Good German and English skills
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of various cocktails, open to learning new recipes
Team player - you help out everywhere and also gladly assist other team colleagues
You enjoy working at large events
Willingness to get to know gastronomy anew
First leadership experience available
