- Collaboration in providing rental properties for use as accommodation for people seeking protection
- Collaboration in real estate accounting
- Support of the department management in contract negotiations for leasing and renting as well as buying and selling properties including easement agreements

Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- Qualification as a real estate manager with a federal certificate
- Several years of practical experience in real estate management
- Structured and independent working style
