Your Tasks
- Organization, coordination, and planning of generalist nursing training
- Close cooperation with the nursing school of the AMEOS Institute North – Oberhausen location
- Support and development assessment of trainees
- Organizational leadership and coordination of released practical instructors
- Recruiting trainees, e.g., at career fairs, career exploration days, as well as through organizing nursing internships and voluntary social year (FSJ)
- Conducting interviews with prospective trainees
- Ensuring high-quality practical training
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a practical instructor as well as annual 24-hour continuing education
- High motivation to actively shape the practical training of nursing specialists and nursing assistants
- Strong organizational talent, initiative, and structured working style
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility
- High professional and social competence
- Very good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people of different generations
