ERP Systems Specialist
Technical Office / 80 - 100 % / Chur
The Technical Office is responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of cantonal roads, as well as for the implementation of hydraulic works and non-motorized traffic in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 meters high and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton hides in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified office with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For this reason, we are committed to systematic health management in the company (GSA).
For the IT Section, we are looking for October 1, 2025 or by agreement for an ERP systems specialist for Microsoft Navision (NAV)
Tasks
- Ensuring the operation and development of the ERP system "Microsoft Navision" (NAV) of the Technical Office
- Responsibility for the application for the entire NAV system
- Responsibility for the NAV module "Time and Performance Recording"
- Recording and management of master data
- Independent project management (entire system and modules)
- Contact person for the respective NAV module manager
- Creation and management of Jet Reports
- Ensuring compliance with overarching safety and quality regulations
- Support for IT support
What we expect from you
- Training as a business informatics specialist SUP or equivalent
- Professional development in project management (IPMA, Hermes or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant and specialist field, preferably in the service sector or public administration
- Ability to think ecologically, economically, analytically, and interdisciplinarily
- Insight, independent and precise working method
- Confidentiality and sense of responsibility
- High user orientation
- Initiative, ability to work in a team, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Italian and/or Romansh is desirable
