Your tasks:
As an administrative employee, you are responsible in our back office for the smooth daily operation of the classes as well as various background tasks. Your daily work includes varied tasks and close collaboration with our continuing education coordinators, program and module leaders, lecturers, and participants. Furthermore, this includes the following activities:
- Ensuring the smooth process regarding preparation, execution, and follow-up of the assigned continuing education programs
- Managing participant data in the database
- Handling the fee and invoicing system correctly
- Advising participants and supporting the program management in organizational and administrative matters
Your profile:
You are a proactive and service-oriented personality with a commercial or equivalent degree and corresponding professional experience. Strong teamwork skills, enjoyment in contact with diverse stakeholders, as well as a healthy assertiveness characterize you. The following complete your profile:
- IT affinity and interest in digitalization, EVENTO knowledge is an advantage
- Communication skills as well as confident German in spoken and written form
- Good organizational and coordination skills as well as flexibility
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Quick comprehension combined with networked thinking
- Willingness to be mobile between the locations Basel, Olten, and Brugg-Windisch (meetings) as well as to Zurich (program start and completion)
