WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• You manage and coordinate the processing of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements, as well as tax returns
• You advise our national clients on a variety of issues related to financial and payroll accounting, taxes, and social security
• In doing so, you coach the assigned employees on your mandates and help them advance to the next level in their professional development
• You actively participate in expanding new business relationships and support our clients through varied, temporary substitute mandates
• You enjoy working with digital technologies and use them to make processes more efficient and develop innovative solutions for our clients

THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You already hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Fiduciary or Finance and Accounting
• You think along—and sometimes outside the box—to offer our clients the best possibilities
• You have perseverance and a pragmatic working style both during hectic phases and quieter times
• You place great value on close client relationships and communicate on equal footing
• You already bring several years of practical experience in the fiduciary field and speak fluent German, both spoken and written
• You enjoy working in a digital, dynamic, and appreciative environment as well as with the most modern fiduciary technologies
