Your tasks
- You actively shape the future of the city.
- You commission planners and find feasible solutions.
- You accompany feasibility studies and preliminary studies in areas such as architecture, sustainability, and energy up to and including SIA Phase 21.
- You develop concepts and strategies for the further development of municipal properties.
- As a project manager, you lead interdisciplinary planning teams and coordinate interest groups within the city administration.
- You develop innovative projects in the areas of sustainability, climate strategy, and social urban development.
- You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality within the projects assigned to you.
- Preparing reports and applications for political decision-makers, such as the city council and parliament, rounds off your task profile.
Your profile
- You have a degree in architecture and can demonstrate several years of professional experience.
- You are successful in project management regarding costs, deadlines, performance, and quality.
- Ideally, you have project management experience with complex construction projects.
- You are interested in a networked way of working in diverse subject areas.
- You enjoy writing meaningful decision-making documents (reports and applications, city council resolutions).
- You work independently, structured, and precisely. You are communicative, confident, and resilient in a dynamic work environment.
- You distinguish yourself through commitment, flexibility, and openness in a changing and developing environment.
