Our client, recognized for its expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure, and land development, has been supporting ambitious and sustainable projects in Switzerland and internationally for several decades. To strengthen its dynamic and committed team, we are looking for a:

Regional Director French-speaking Switzerland

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team management:
Ensure the management and animation of project teams and construction management. Create a motivating and collaborative work environment that fosters collective performance.

Project management:
Plan, organize, and monitor project progress by integrating resource constraints, deadlines, and technical requirements. Build budgets with the support of the finance department and ensure their compliance throughout the operations.

Relationship management:
Maintain constructive and regular dialogue with clients, architects, engineers, and partners to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and needs.

YOUR PROFILE:

You hold an engineering degree (EPF/HES) or an equivalent qualification.
You have solid experience in managing civil engineering projects (infrastructure or civil works, etc.), managing activity portfolios, and acquiring new mandates.

Leadership skills:
You promote team spirit, support your collaborators with clarity and commitment, and create an environment conducive to their development and involvement.

You are fluent in French and have a good understanding of German.
Autonomous, communicative, and proactive, you are committed to regional development. Your mobility and network in the region are valuable assets.
