About the job

For our Home Support Department, we are looking for a Head of Home Support Department (Member of Executive Management) / 80 – 100 % starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• You ensure the proper and smooth handling of the offers of your department: «Red Cross Emergency Call», «Care and Support» as well as «Family Relief»
• You take over the professional, organizational, and personnel management of the «Home Support» team at the office (6 people) as well as in the field service (60 people).
• You keep an eye on the administrative processes and figures of your department and provide all necessary information to the executive management.
• You stay up to date with the market environment, recognize important developments, and derive the strategic further development of the department and, as a member of the executive management, of the entire SRK BL.
• You are well networked, maintain and establish new contacts, and represent your department as well as SRK BL at events and in specialist groups where you actively contribute our offers.

Your profile:

• You have a degree as a nursing specialist at tertiary level
• You have completed training/continuing education in management and have experience in personnel management.
• You live a leadership culture that empowers your employees, always have an open ear for them, and see yourself as the backbone of your department.
• You have acquired solid knowledge about the life situations of elderly people or those with illnesses and families and have the necessary empathy in dealing with these groups of people.
• You are familiar with the offers for vulnerable persons in the health sector of the canton of Basel-Landschaft.
• You enjoy dealing technically with various emergency call systems.
