About the job
What you achieve:
– If possible, participation in cross-functional projects in the area of strategy implementation or organizational enablement
– Support of our innovation activities, e.g. screening of start-ups, coordination between start-ups and Sanitas, etc.
– Preparation of documents for the management, board of directors, and other internal stakeholders
– Monitoring health policy-relevant business at the cantonal and national level as well as participation in internal opinion formation and dialogue on political and regulatory issues
– Support in negotiations and in the drafting of contracts with hospitals, outpatient service providers, and other actors in the healthcare sector
Why you succeed:
– You have a university degree (Uni/ETH/FH) at the master’s level, which is not older than 12 months (preferably with a focus on mathematics, natural sciences, computer science, medicine, economics, or law)
– You think in a networked way, feel comfortable in different fields such as strategy, politics, and market as well as service delivery, and are interested in overarching strategic issues.
– Your working style is structured, methodical, and at the same time pragmatic, and you show high resilience and adaptability to short-term changes
– In addition to pronounced conceptual and analytical skills, you have a strong flair for numbers
– You appear confident and convincing, remain calm even in demanding situations, argue clearly, and make well-considered decisions
