Your activities
As part of your activity, you will be required to:
- Support and legally advise the Management, management staff and assistants, services, faculties and any legal entity attached to UNIL on any matter within the service's missions
- Draft, negotiate, review and validate contracts, agreements and research, service, license, collaboration, material and data transfer, funding, sponsorship, event organization and student exchange agreements with public and private partners, Swiss and international
- Provide advice particularly on research contracts, intellectual property and personality rights (image rights) and coordinate procedures in these areas
- Support the service management's activity in transversal projects and manage and coordinate projects entrusted to you by your hierarchy
- Contribute to the drafting or revision of guidelines and regulations within your scope of competence and ensure legal compliance
Your profile
- You hold a Swiss law master's degree and have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in legal activities related to the position; a lawyer's license is an asset
- You appreciate a variety of activities and have an interest in contract law and confirmed experience in intellectual property
- You have excellent skills in managing complex projects, setting priorities, identifying and anticipating risks, and demonstrate good stress resistance while remaining pragmatic and clear
- Your social skills are recognized and you know how to adapt to different situations and interlocutors
- You know the academic environment and its challenges or are interested in discovering them and have a good level of English
- For you, team spirit, sharing knowledge and viewpoints is a source of enrichment and pleasure at work
