In this newly created position, you will work as a Junior Specialist in Processes and Systems in the Finance and Controlling department, maintaining good relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and contributing to sustainable solutions. The most important aspects of your tasks at a glance:
- Solo operational project management of smaller digitization and optimization projects (CTB)
- If necessary, you will also take on co-leadership of larger projects together with the team leadership
- Business Requirements Engineering for new projects
- Implementation of new requirements in the BI solution Board as a PowerUser/Developer
- Communication with universities, specialist departments, and Corporate IT
- Planning and execution of tests for the implemented solutions
- Documentation of projects and processes
- Support in Run the Business (RTB)
- First point of contact for coordination between the FICO department and Corporate IT
In addition to a degree in Business Administration with further training or experience in the IT field, or a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science with further training or experience in the finance sector, you bring the following:
- Experience with processes related to finance and controlling. Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:
· Digital payment transactions
· Electronic workflows
· Structures and permissions - Experience with SAP R/3 or possibly already with S4 Hana (advantageous)
- Experience with a LowCode solution in the BI area (Board, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.) (advantageous)
- Initial experience with databases (preferably MS SQL), as well as basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Shell) (advantageous)
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with complex processes and optimize them
- Structured and independent working style combined with good communication skills
- Openness, flexibility, and interest in implementing projects together as a team
