Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing

Activities

Independent setup and operation of various machines such as CNC turning and milling centers, CNC cylindrical grinding machine, thread rolling machine
Manufacturing of individual parts and small series
Creating and optimizing CNC programs (workshop programming)
Continuous optimization of processes and manufacturing technologies with a focus on reducing throughput and process times

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
High quality awareness
Good PC user skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Solid experience with various CNC machines for chip-removing machining
Okuma and CAM knowledge (TopSolid) advantageous
Working in 3-shift operation
