Receptionist (M/F)
The first impression is always the right one! As a Receptionist, you take care of our guests from their arrival to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Your role:
Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, establish billing and payment while ensuring exceptional service
Offer a personalized experience for the guest
Promote the establishment's facilities, enhance guests' stay by offering services
Your experience and skills include:
- Essential service quality: similar experience is a plus
- Mastery of Opera software or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and German are valuable assets
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
