- Knowledge of SAP and Ibicare is welcomed.

We are looking for you from February 2026 or by arrangement as
Your role at a glance
- You ensure that everything is billed correctly, transparently, and on time – according to agreed and tariff regulations
- Maintenance of patient master data – data refresh for easier work
- Obtaining cost approvals
- Checking, supplementing, and clarifying missing services
- Creating invoices and processing feedback quickly
- Billing for nursing homes (RAI/RUG) as well as acute and transitional care
- Contact person for billing questions – internal and external
- Communication with service providers and patients
- Use of SAP/IS-H and Ibicare
Your profile
- Commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training or equivalent
- Experience with Swiss DRG, TarDoc is an advantage
- Experience in inpatient hospital billing, nursing home processing is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- SAP and Ibicare knowledge welcome
- Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and service orientation
