Training Manager Facility Maintenance 80%
Your future tasks:
- Accompanying, leading, and promoting people with support needs in everyday work and training
- Planning, organizing, and supporting workflows including materials and aids
- Responsibility for training, supervision, and documentation of trainees and participants in professional measures
- Quality assurance, adherence to deadlines as well as occupational health and safety
- Active participation in infrastructure, collaboration, and coordination with internal and external contacts
This is what distinguishes you:
- Certified Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Janitor FA, Work Educator with several years of professional experience with educational activity mandatory
- Practical trainer with experience in training apprentices in educational and social environments
- Enjoyment in working with people with support needs
- High social competence, assertiveness, physical and mental resilience, customer-oriented approach, independence
- Driver's license category B
- Confident IT user skills (MS Office)
