You take on the responsibility as a team leader in our hospital cleaning. 

Your main tasks:

• Planning and monitoring the required cleaning services in cooperation with the facility manager
• Ensuring a high-quality performance in the area (continuous improvement process)
• Identifying and communicating potential new/additional service orders and products
• Compliance with the ISS hygiene concept in coordination with the hygiene officer of the site and ISS internally
• Coordination of ordering in your own area
• Organization of laundry processing for your own area of responsibility 
• Organization of basic and special cleaning work throughout the facility in cooperation with the facility manager
• Compliance with labor laws and official regulations and guidelines
• Compliance with company regulations and guidelines (WikISS, audits, ISO, forms, processes, service routes)
• Enforcement of superior decisions, instructions, and measures
• Proactive thinking, acting, and communicating

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a domestic specialist EFZ, and/or knowledge in cleaning
• You already have some experience in personnel management.
• Organizational talent and proficient knowledge in administration (Word/Excel).
• You have a quick grasp and ensure a pleasant working and personnel climate
• Team-promoting behavior is expected.
• You are characterized by a high solution orientation and bring proactive thinking, acting, and communicating.
