Your Tasks

Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act / Asylum Care

Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the aim of professional and social integration

Identifying problem situations and developing suitable strategies

Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration

Assertion of possible claims with social insurances and other third parties

Your Profile

FH degree in social work, preferably complemented by commercial training

Practical experience in statutory social assistance or asylum care complemented by solid knowledge of social insurance

Enjoyment of independent work within a team

Decisive and resilient personality who enjoys taking responsibility and shaping processes
