About the job
Are you a chemist with a passion for customer support, consulting, and sales? Do you want to apply your expertise in an international environment and actively contribute to the sustainable development of the textile industry? Then strengthen our Ecology team immediately at our headquarters in Zurich.
Your area of responsibility
- Support of international existing customers including analysis portfolio consulting
- Product certifications according to OEKO-TEX® including preparation of investigation reports
- Responsibility for the certification process including timely certificate renewal
- Decision on the analytical test scope
- Hub function between customers, branches, and laboratory departments including quality controls
- Preparation of offers according to customer needs
What you bring
- Completed scientific education with a focus on chemistry (EFZ / HF / FH / or comparable)
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with experience in customer support, consulting, and sales, ideally in the textile, laboratory, or certification sector
- Business fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, as well as experience with ERP systems
- Strong digital affinity
- Reliability, teamwork, and pronounced communication skills
- Networked thinking and structured working method
- Enjoyment of international customer contacts and independent action
