Psychiatric Nurse HF (f, m, d)
Then we are looking exactly for YOU to complement our psychiatry team. We are a mixed-generation and lively team that joyfully and energetically cares for and supports our 350 clients at home daily, about 50-80 of whom have psychiatric care needs.
Your tasks
• Resource-oriented and professional planning and implementation of care and support for our clients and their relatives with psychiatric care needs
• Conducting needs assessments InterRaiCMH
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
What you bring
• Preferably training as a Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH, ideally with experience in InterRai CMH
• For training as a Somatic Nurse HF/FH, at least 2 years of professional experience in the psychiatric acute sector.
• A category B driver's license or willingness to ride an e-bike
