This is how you help us move forward
- You have a commercial degree (EFZ / commercial diploma) with further training in employer branding as an advantage
- You are proficient in basic image and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- You develop and implement effective employer branding campaigns according to EVP
- You are very creative and like to contribute your ideas in everyday work
- Your English skills are at least B2 level
