• Maintenance and further development of the career page
• Conducting target group analyses and surveys to optimize the candidate experience
• Responsibility for social media content on LinkedIn, Kununu, and other channels from an employer branding perspective
• Collaboration on all recruiting tasks
• Collaboration on recruiting and employer branding strategies
• Organization of smaller employee events and goodies

This is how you help us move forward

• You have a commercial degree (EFZ / commercial diploma) with further training in employer branding as an advantage
• You are proficient in basic image and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
• You develop and implement effective employer branding campaigns according to EVP
• You are very creative and like to contribute your ideas in everyday work
• Your English skills are at least B2 level
