Ventilation Cleaner (a) - 6-month Fixed-term ContractAt ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." Your tasks:
- Perform complete cleaning of ventilation systems (AHU, Monoblocks, ducts, vents, shafts, filters, hoods, etc.)
- Use specialized equipment: cleaning robots, rotary brushes, industrial vacuum cleaners, compressors, high-pressure cleaners
- Dismantle and reassemble elements necessary for cleaning according to safety standards
- Ensure degreasing and dust removal of ducts and technical installations
- Check the condition of installations and report any anomalies or maintenance needs
- Carry out disinfection operations of air handling installations according to internal procedures
- Manage the equipment provided
- Write comprehensive intervention reports (photos, remarks, possible measurements)
- Strictly comply with safety rules, especially when working at heights or in confined spaces
- Hours: According to schedule, between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM / 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM / 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM / 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM
- Salary: According to Romande CCT, category N40 - 24.59 CHF/h + 8.33% vacation pay
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in the cleaning sector required
- Fluent French, spoken and written
- Clean criminal record and valid residence permit
- Driver's license is an asset
- Good physical condition
- Available and flexible
- Friendliness, service-oriented attitude
