«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Promote the self-determination of our residents and enable them attractive and individual daily activities – You are with the residents and take time for them
- Independently plan and carry out group and individual activities as well as daily and environmental design
- Organize and conduct sociocultural offers and events
- Use opportunities for participation to implement your own ideas and actively shape the further development of the activation area
- Take on responsible additional tasks and departments
