These are your tasks:

• Strategic development and operational implementation of the IT strategy as well as the digital transformation of the entire corporate group
• Control, optimization, and international further development of the IT system landscape, applications, and associated business processes
• Expansion and harmonization of the global SAP S/4HANA ERP architecture
• Promotion and implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives to increase efficiency, speed, and flexibility in production and processes
• Ensuring cyber resilience, system availability, and company-wide implementation of GRC requirements
• Expansion and integration of existing AI and cloud technologies to support the digital corporate strategy
• Establishment of IT as a strategic business partner and enabler for the departments
• Leadership, development, and motivation of the global IT team

This is what you bring:

• Completed studies in business informatics or computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience with leadership responsibility in the IT environment
• Entrepreneurial / economically oriented thinking and acting
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic thinking ability
• Committed, structured, and independent working style with a hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft technologies
• Appreciative and employee-oriented leadership style
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel about 10 to 20 percent
