To complete its team, the Finance Directorate is looking for a
Case Manager
50%
Your mission:
- Process medical information and prepare it according to the medical coding guidelines in the data manuals in German and French.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the basic data.
- Work constructively with the interdisciplinary teams on site who collect the data, inform and train them.
- Identify and propose continuous improvements to documentation and implementation in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop pre-coding for hospitalized patients.
- Exchange and collaborate with the coding and medical controlling teams.
- Analyze specific issues of the units and contribute to appropriate solutions.
- Optimize patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate on projects related to case management.
Your profile:
- Tertiary level training in the medical-nursing field with at least 3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of SwissDRG, medical coding, and billing is an advantage
- Comfortable with numbers and statistics
- Proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language
- Proficient in IT and office tools (especially Office suite software)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Effective communication skills, organizational sense, curious, flexible, and resilient
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willing and motivated to invest in significant learning of new knowledge

- Proficient in common IT and office programs
