About the job
Your Tasks
Individual and group activities are conducted and accompanied by you, including the documentation and evaluation of the activities. You assist with special events, celebrations, and excursions. Communication and information about the activities to internal and external stakeholders are also part of your responsibilities. Regularly informing supervisors as well as the team and those responsible for Culture & Everyday Life about deviations and special incidents in your area is a matter of course for you. You are co-responsible for the care and order of the materials.
Your Profile
- Training as a care specialist (LeA / FAB)
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience and experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Flexibility and initiative
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent and networked thinking
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Empathy and patience
- Professional relationship management
