• Leading and further developing a team of 18 employees
• Ensuring efficient, safe, and timely transport handling
• Managing and prioritizing transport orders in close cooperation with customs, production, dispatch, and partner companies
• Internal and external contact person for questions regarding transport handling 
• Further development of transport processes as well as participation in optimization and digitization projects
• Responsibility for compliance with all safety, quality, and process requirements

• Several years of experience in the transport sector as well as in leading employees
• Strong hands-on mentality and high commitment
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• High flexibility and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment
• Solution-oriented working style with the ability to pragmatically and structurally handle challenges
• Strengths in quickly analyzing and processing complex issues
• Good German and English skills
