Your Tasks
- Social work support and accompaniment of patients
- Committed and responsible organization of the daily work routine
- Representation of the clinic internally and externally as well as maintenance and expansion of existing cooperations and networks
- Participation in multiprofessional team meetings and close cooperation with other departments
Your Profile
- A completed degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (Bachelor, Diploma or Master)
- Openness, respect and interest in dealing with mentally ill people
- Willingness to build networks through cooperation with, for example, outpatient assistance, inpatient integration facilities
- You enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork
