Department Head Job Coach, 80-90%
Workplace: Zurich Höngg
Do you keep an overview in a changing department? Do you live responsibility and want not only to make decisions but also to implement them? Do you want to further develop the department and the existing products? Are you committed to accompanying participants and apprentices step by step in their professional integration process? Do you have experience in acquiring new and existing referring agencies or suitable jobs or training positions? Are you equally comfortable with conceptual as well as project-based tasks? Are you creative in tackling challenges? Then you are exactly right here!
We offer you
- Strategic and operational management of the department
- Personnel and professional leadership of the department with 6 specialists
- Revenue responsibility for your own department
- 40-hour week, including 2 paid breaks per day
- 5 – 6 weeks of vacation and paid bridge days

What you bring with you
- Completed education and professional experience in social work, psychology, or pedagogy
- Further training in coaching or counseling (mandatory), ideally complemented by case management, career counseling, learning coaching, or social insurance knowledge
- Solid knowledge of the labor market in the Zurich region
- Proven leadership experience with active leadership role modeling
- Situational leadership style with good and constructive communication skills
- Experience in acquiring companies and employers
- Several years of experience in case management / labor integration
- Organizational skills and structured working method
