• Accompanying and supporting health specialists in their 1st year of apprenticeship according to educational requirements and training concept
• Taking on tasks in logistics and housekeeping

• Bringing in suggestions and ideas to actively shape the workday and thus support our sociocratic co-determination structures

Co-creation instead of directives: You contribute your service preferences – at least 70% of them are considered. For the remaining planning, we find good solutions together.

Become part of the Surgery Clinic, which with over 1,500 inpatient treatments and more than 6,000 emergency patients is one of the most important performance centers. You will find an exciting field of activity with us in the disciplines of general surgery, orthopedics, spinal surgery, gynecology, and urology. Our departments are managed according to the primary nursing system and sociocratic principles.

• Completed training as a health specialist
• Interest in vocational training, ideally you already have some experience in mentoring apprentices
• Enthusiasm for nursing in a hospital setting and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good German language skills
