In this role, you are responsible for preparing the financial reports of Mammut Sports Group AG, supervise the external Accounts Payable department, and are responsible for short-term liquidity planning. Furthermore, you collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial stability and compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for system harmonization within the group.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
• Ensuring the implementation of accounting principles within the group
• Process responsibility for Accounts Payable and coordination with the outsourcing partner
• Ensuring short-term liquidity planning
• Responsibility for group-wide insurance management in close cooperation with the external broker
• Management of the global KYC process
• Updating and further development of the internal control system (ICS)
• Maintaining an efficient banking structure and its accesses
• Responsibility for the global introduction, harmonization, and support of finance tools (Ennoxx, d.velop) and first-level ERP support (D365)
• Deputizing within the accounting department and for the Head of Group Accounting & Treasury

Your profile

• Completed further education in finance and accounting
• At least 7 years of professional experience in accounting
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics365 advantageous), accounts payable workflow systems, and Microsoft Office
• Team player with a solution-oriented and independent working style, also in cross-departmental projects
• Ability to set priorities and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel, up to 10% of the activity (outsourcing partner, German subsidiary)
