As General Management of Works, you are involved in projects from the study phase. You organize and lead the execution of projects until full handover to operations in coordination with the project team.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field complemented by a technician ES training in construction management
- Ideally, you have completed training in construction site safety regulations (RTE 20'100 course)
- Knowledge of the railway environment is an asset
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Recognized for your excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills, you are able to manage several construction sites simultaneously
- A person demonstrating communication and diplomacy, you easily manage to work in a team
- Thanks to your sense of responsibility, you work rigorously and precisely, especially in applying safety standards
- You master French (level C1), knowledge of German is appreciated

- You collaborate with the project team for the preparation of tenders, validation of bids, the general intentional schedule, and the safety concept
- You organize site preparation and lead site/coordination meetings
- You manage the work and interventions of the various companies within the assigned responsibilities and in compliance with safety, quality, deadlines, and costs
- You participate in the development of concepts related to protection measures and the progress of work in your role as Safety Management (RTE 20'100 and 20'600)
- You ensure commissioning and the preparation of execution documents until project closure
